SHINE

This is the official app of the National YSA Convention of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Gold Coast) and represents the first time an app has been used as the primary communication source for an Australian National YSA Convention. It has many features that will assist you in getting the most out of the convention and keep you well informed of convention details as well as any up-to-the-nute changes during the convention. Some of these features include:

Notifications

Get notified about changes and updates right in the app. Push notifications are the primary source of communication during the convention. This allows us to keep you up to date with renders and last nute changes. You will also be able to see the history of all notifications you have received.

Program Information

Information about the Convention program and schedule will be included in the app. You will be able to have the latest information at your fingertips. We will update this with more information as we get closer to the convention. This will help you to best navigate your way through the convention. All the necessary information about the location and convention rules will be available here as well.

Events

The location, time and dates of each event will be available in the app as well as any information about dress standards and other details you will need to know to get the most out of each event.

Workshops

Workshop topics, locations and times will all be available including presenter profiles that will enable you to choose the best workshops to suit your needs.

News

Stay up to date with convention news and current happenings. Always know what is happening in and around the convention.

Media

See video and pictures taken during the convention. Re-live those memorable moments.

Participation points

The app will track your participation points. Work towards helping yourself and others in your group to get the very most out of the convention.
